A plain-language overview of how Your Social Destiny handles your information.

Last updated: May 26, 2026

Who we are

Your Social Destiny is an online presence support service operated by ReCollective. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors and clients, how we use it, and the choices you have.

If anything here is unclear, email us at social@recollective.me and we'll walk you through it.

What we collect

We try to collect as little as possible. The information we do collect falls into three buckets:

  • Audit form submissions. When you fill out our free audit form, we collect your name, email, business name, business type, and the details you choose to share about your online presence.
  • Client onboarding information. If you become a client, we collect business details, brand guidelines, login credentials for the platforms we manage on your behalf, and any other information needed to do the work.
  • Communication records. Emails, texts, and messages you send us are stored so we can keep track of what we've discussed and follow through.

We do not use cookies for tracking, run analytics scripts, or collect data from visitors who simply browse the site.

How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

  • Send you the audit feedback you requested.
  • Provide the services described in your plan or custom agreement.
  • Communicate with you about your account, our work together, or questions you've asked.
  • Improve how we deliver our services.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use it for anything you would be surprised to learn about.

Who has access

Inside our team, only the people working on your account can see your information. Outside of that, your data may pass through a small number of trusted tools we use to run the business:

  • Form submissions are processed through Formspree, which delivers them to our inbox.
  • Email is hosted through standard email providers.
  • Social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, Yelp, etc.) hold the content we post and the messages we respond to on your behalf, governed by their own terms.

We will never sell or rent your information, and we will not share it with any party outside what is needed to do the work you've hired us for.

How long we keep it

We keep client information for as long as we are working together, and for a reasonable period after the engagement ends in case you come back or need records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so within a reasonable time, except where we're required to keep certain records for tax or legal reasons.

How we protect it

We treat your business information the way we'd want ours treated. Account credentials are stored in encrypted password managers. Files are kept in secured cloud storage. Access is limited to the people doing the work. We don't write passwords in emails or share them over unsecured channels.

No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you trust us with.

Your choices

You can:

  • Ask us what information we have about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
  • Ask us to delete your information (subject to the retention notes above).
  • Pause or end your service at any time, since our plans are month-to-month.

To make any of these requests, email social@recollective.me.

Children's privacy

Our services are designed for business owners and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
